Criticism of Islam is not racist; where did *that* come from? We get it. You hate Muslims. Stand up, be proud of your bigotry! lol

As for me, I loathe any religion that advocates for treating other humans as less than human. Whether it's the traditional Hindus who want to practice suttee, to Xtians who blow up abortion clinics and the ppl inside them, to Muslims who fly planes into buildings and mutilate women's genitalia because Allah -- it's all barbaric, horrendous, and should not be tolerated by any civilized human being.

The Bible also teaches wifely submission and husbandly dominance. Western culture has long turned a blind eye to a man showing his dominance by beating his wife.

I'm saying that religious whackos abound. When you live in a country governed by secular law though, you are forced to curb your desires and restrain yourself, or face the consequences. This minister or whatever he is is free to say whatever the fuck he likes on the pulpit, but anyone putting it into practice risks being charged with assault. Mostly, though, I think the men that advocate this kind of crap are doing it to threaten their wives into submission. If the wives are brainwashed enough to buy it and don't report them for DV, well -- not much a bunch of us posting on an obscure message board can do about it, eh?
