As if emptying federal prisons wasn't insane enough, HUD has put out a draft--daft?--new proposed regulation that would affect colleges and universities nationwide. This regulation would make manditory[/i] that all dorms and school housing be gender inclusive. That means all dorms would have to have males, females, whatever the Left adds to that, mixed in their make-up. This includes no discrimination by gender among roommates or in use of facilities like bathrooms. This means someone might have a roommate assigned that is the opposite sex or one that is LGBTPDQRSTUVWXYZ and the potential issues that could cause for one or both persons.

This regulation is based on an already signed executive order by Joke Biden.

So your beef is that they are not allowed to discriminate when it comes to housing?

BTW, I see nothing about colleges and bathrooms.

College of the Ozarks, a Christian liberal arts college in southern Missouri, sued the Biden administration in April, claiming a new housing rule would violate the school’s faith-based standards prohibiting males and females from living together in the same dormitories.

Under the rule, which the Biden administration introduced during January 2021, a private school that decides to house only men in male dorms and only women in female dorms could be fined for gender identity discrimination, regardless of their religious beliefs.

In addition, the new rule could force private colleges to allow a transgender person who identifies as a female to live in a female residence hall.
