Is Iran Facing Its Soviet Moment and Its End? | Opinion
Iran is weaker now than the USSR was in 1985 as its economic lifelines are strangled. Could this be the end for Tehran's regime?
I said months ago that the military and economic pressure that was being applied to Iran was unsustainable for them. But, the board marxists in their never ending campaign to bash this President screamed at the top of their lungs that he was failing.
Their sources of revenue have been choked off. It wasn't like they were a healthy economy to begin with.
The only way they don't capitulate is if we let up on the economic pressure. When they fold, it will be a foreign policy juggernaut. Trump will have brought down a regime that has been a thorn in America's side for over four decades and he did it without decimating their infrastructure or killing half of their citizenry, or losing thousands of American lives in the process.
But, as I said, all of this will make the board marxists sad because they would rather root for a terror regime like Iran than give Trump credit for anything
