Somali Winner of Outstanding Refugee Award for Entrepreneurship Arrested for Medicaid Fraud​

The Minnesota Department of Human Services bestowed upon Salman Ahmed Elmi the Outstanding Refugee Award for Entrepreneurship. By now we know the kind of skills this implies.

National Review provides confirmation:

Elmi, a native of Somalia, was charged last week with three counts of aiding and abetting theft by swindle and five counts of aiding and abetting theft by false representation.

Elmi and his associates allegedly recruited young women who were homeless or struggling with addiction, housing or finances. They then rented apartments in the women’s names using fake pay stubs and enlisted them in a pay-for-sex scheme.

Abdihakim Ali Ahmed, 40, was sentenced to 54 months in prison for one count of wire fraud and one count of money laundering.

Ahmed Abdullahi Ghedi, 35, was sentenced to 65 months in prison for one count of wire fraud and one count of money laundering.

Ahmed Sharif Omar-Hashim, aka “Salah Donyale,” 43, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for one count of wire fraud.

Don't kid yourself; Chinese, Arabs, and Mexicans run plenty of the types of fraud rings too. Most of the Hospice fraud Nick Shirley uncovered in California was perpetrated by Mexicans with ties to the Cartels.

California should be annexed as being apart of Mexico, because the Latino's own and dominate the state of Ca.
