Monday, on her show “The ReidOut,” MSNBC anchor Joy Reid said that the media coverage of 22-year-old Gabby Petito is a clear case of “Missing White Woman Syndrome.”

Reid said, “If you’ve been watching the news for the past few days or on Twitter or TikTok, you’re familiar with the name Gabby Petito. The 22-year-old aspiring social media influencer who was reported missing after her fiancee returned from their van life excursion without her. On Sunday, human remains believed to be Petito’s were found in a national park in Wyoming. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow to confirm the identity. Now it goes without saying that no family should ever have to endure that kind of pain, and the Pepito family certainly deserves answers and justice

how many blacks were killed in Chicago alone last weekend?

Maybe she can talk about them...if she really cares about black deaths not being talked abot




If some real life white MAGA types actually start killing the black citizens of Chicago then Reid will be all over it. But as long as it is blacks doing the killing she has nothing to say about it

She may be 'Negro-centric'.
I think the Gabby coverage is an example to others about 'Influencers' on Social Media. That all these people that claim to have 'the perfect life', may be 'not so perfect' after all.
I think it's a message to young girls/women that seem to become depressed. This is my take. But, I'm not on Social Media, so I may not know what I'm talking about.

How many of those black deaths were innocent civilians? Most killings are gang or drug related. Sorry sport but I can't shed a tear for people like that regardless of skin color.

The only way I know about this idiot Reid is through some conservative outlets who highlight her ramblings. MSNBS and CNN can only exist by continuing to keep their lat-leftie audience on the edge of their chairs with idiot hosts like Reid, Cuomo, Lemmon, and the like.
Bear in mind Fox, One America, and Newsmax are not much better except for the fact their hosts are far better looking.
