Flynn already plead guilty, he will not do any time if he continues to cooperate.

That's sillyThat he was a partisan doesn’t matter since everyone has their political opinions.
Strzok’s problem was he intended to *act on them* via the ‘insurance policy. Mueller fired him for a reason: if that word got out it would give people like Flynn daylight and risk the whole investigation.
Hence the OP.
Understand: If Flynn’s conversations with the Russian ambassador had evinced the existence of a quid pro quo collusion arrangement — that the Trump administration would ease or eliminate sanctions on Russia as a payback for Russia’s cyber-espionage against the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic party — it would have been completely appropriate, even urgently necessary, for the Obama Justice Department to investigate Flynn.
But if that had happened, Mueller would not be permitting Flynn to settle the case with a single count of lying to FBI agents. Instead, we would be looking at a major conspiracy indictment, and Flynn would be made to plead to far more serious offenses if he wanted a deal — cooperation in exchange for sentencing leniency.
To the contrary, for all the furor, we have a small-potatoes plea in Flynn’s case — just as we did in Papadopoulos’s case, despite extensive “collusion” evidence.

now tie in the memo which will show the FBI Intelligence investigation was based off FISA abuse -and you have Mueller running what is basically a bogus investigation on collusion..
Mueller did subsume that investigation
but that implies a conspiracyUnless Flynn is giving up good info on a bigger fish.
fruit of the poison tree, counselor. You dream big, but you smell of desperation.
that's nothing but a ministerial function of being a FBI investigator ( before he was demoted).Damn...you guys got some bad news today...didn't you? Strzok pushed to, and drafted the letter to Congress informing them of the new and improved Clinton investigation one week before the election.
ooops
you are thinking of the "secret society". that was about the Putin calenders -in jest.Read in context it’s clear the insurance policy comment was in jest. Without some evidence other than that comment it’s a true nothing burger.
It doesn’t matter that the person who interviewed Flynn was demoted for being an anti-Trump partisan hack?
but that implies a conspiracy
How would it look then to give a major player like Flynn (would be) not even a conviction and no jail time on a conspiracy crime?
and nothing anywhere shows collusion ( conspiracy)
it makes the interview prejudicialDoes it make Flynn innocent?
Strzok interviewed Flynn; and December was well before it became apparent Strzok was effectively fired by Mueller for extreme political bias in a politically sensitive investigation.
If Flynn’s lawyer is sitting on his hands while knowing all that, Flynn needs to fire him and find a new lawyer.
fruit of the poison tree, counselor.
It all blows up on the FBI investigators, unless it goes further into the IC leadership..but it blows up.
It's an ez argue that Mueller was constituted off illegal/Constitutional abuse activities
Who gives a shit when he left? Strzok who is now on the record of wanting an insurance policy in the case of a Trump victory conducted the interview in which Flynn allegedly confessed, then Mueller threatened Flynn's son to force him to confess, it's called fruit from the poison tree.
It doesn't matter that you tell them the FBI was onto Page in '13. The facts can't make it through the foil. You dream big, but you smell of desperation.
at this point I don't want anything held back -including the Minority memo..So you are okay with hiding info from the public if it’s FOPT? If FOPT showed Rump was involved in an election hacking conspiracy, you think he should not face impeachment?
