Multiple NASA Studies Confirm Bedrock Heat Flow Behind Melting Polar Ice, Not...

Massive thermal heat that's been under the earth for thousands (millions?) of years is more scientifically
correct than CO2 emitted anally from Al Gore and cows. Believe what you want.

It is not possible to store or trap heat. You are confusing 'thermal energy' with 'heat'. Heat has no temperature. It is not a thing you can store. Thermal energy has a temperature. It cannot be trapped either, for there is always heat. Heat is the flow of thermal energy, not the energy itself.

Industrial Age. Still not interested in joining your cult or Stretch's either.
You are obviously trying to blame CO2 again. No gas or vapor is capable of warming the Earth, not even CO2.
I AM interested in your opinions on how we should deal with climate change,
Define 'climate change'.
rising sea levels,
It is not possible to measure the global sea level.
large displacements of human populations,
Where?
droughts in former fertile areas,
Droughts are normal, even in fertile areas. They are still fertile.
food shortages,
Where? There is plenty of food. It's just not always in the place where it is needed?
You already said 'food shortages'.
and other consequences of a warming planet.
It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth. How do you know it's warming? From when to when? Why are those two points in time significant? Why are any other two points in time NOT significant?
Or does your denial of such changes give you blinders to ignore them?
You haven't defined 'global warming' or 'climate change'. There is nothing to ignore but meaningless buzzwords that happen to be the basis of a fundamentalist style religion.

Amazing how the JPP liberals want to change the discussion AWAY from the OP; but then, the info probably created a great deal of despair in them.

Perhaps. It was well known that there is a range of active volcanoes under the Arctic ocean that have been active recently.

That's what *some* believe. You did say in Post #48, and I quote: "Massive thermal heat that's been under the earth for thousands (millions?) of years...."

You don't do well at science. Maybe you should consider another cyber forum career.

Why do you have a need to believe that there is no climate change?

Define 'climate change'.

The rise in CO2 levels has resulted in substantial regreening of the Earth, that's a fact. NASA themselves state that they average sea level rise is around 1.8mm per year or less than 6 inches by the end of the century!!

Not a fact. An argument from randU fallacy. These are manufactured numbers.

It is not possible to measure the global atmospheric CO2 content. CO2 is not uniformly distributed in the atmosphere. Further, the Holy Mauna Loa observatory has been caught cooking its data. It is useless. It is also not possible to measure a global sea level. There is no valid reference point.

As for the 'regreening' of the Earth, the land has always been covered in vegetation, even in the deserts.

I learned those subjects because 1) they are part of my degree, and 2) they enable me to better provide patient/family teaching. They are the underpinning of how our bodies function. One semester in chemistry, however, does not make me an chemist, any more than reading Hawking's "A Brief History of Time" makes me a physicist. Learning the names of clouds does not make you a climate scientist or a meteorologist. You are, however, clever at finding pseudo-scientific stuff purporting to back up your claims, like all of your kind.

So your lack of learning any theories of science means you have the expertise to say others don't know any theories of science???:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

The heat becomes photons. We can use solar tech to capture the photons and make electricity.
It's all in the link.

Heat does not become photons. Infrared photons do not stimulate a solar cell. They require visible range or UV photons (photons of much higher energy).

Radiant heat is conversion of thermal energy to photons by blackbody emission (radiance). It is only heat if the photons are absorbed somewhere else and result in conversion to thermal energy.

Blackbody emission is not the only way to produce light.
Heat is the movement of thermal energy, not the thermal energy itself.

first of all NASA is only like 3 people thanks to Obama cutting their funding.

Relax though, they too will soon represent American prestige, Trump is fixing it

Ill take this one,

It's hot today, and cooler tomorrow

Climate is usually defined something similar to 'weather over a long time'. How long is 'a long time'? Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Months? Years? Centuries?
Climate is also not quantifiable. It is not a temperature.

So your lack of learning any theories of science means you have the expertise to say others don't know any theories of science???:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

I see that you got in a new shipment of meth and have tweaked the entire day, as well as twerking for my attention. Sorry, not playing. I'd put you on ignore but your profile 'caw is very beautiful. You, not so much.
