I am allowed to hunt in Florida with a 5 round magazine(in ANY rifle), I keep a bunch of 30 rd mags around for fun and shenanigans. My shotgun was sold with a plug, but it's for hunting and is removable(I don't hunt with the shotgun so I don't keep the plug in it. The mag tube holds 4 rounds I believe, I keep 1 in the chamber. For hunting, I think the plug restricts it to 3 rounds total)
No, they do not. But they are stupid, and they don't work(except the hunting stuff, 5 rounds makes the game more exciting and is actually more sporting)
