1. To legally carry a gun you must have your state issued ID on you. And must have your concealed carry permit on you. Pretti had neither.
2. Pretti was stalking ICE agents and obstructing justice while carrying a gun. It is illegal to carry a gun during the commission of a crime.
The two agents KILLED Pretti there has been no determination of murder.
