Nancy has been waiting because she wants more than just impeachment-JAIL!!

Over a thousand prosecutors who read Mueller's report say obstruction would be easy to prove. Those are professionals who know the law, not silly right-wing deniers who populate this board. Sorry blind ass rightys, Trump has serious problems ahead.

Why?

The idea that an impeachment would turn out for the Democrats as it did the GOP back with Clinton isn't applicable, Americans liked Clinton, look at his approval ratings before and after the impeachment, Americans don't approve of Trump, big difference

And currently impeachment only has the support of forty some House Democrats, how in the hell is that a Civil War?

You got to keep up with events "earl" if you want to post

Earl only posts what he heard on Fox Entertainment.

Wrong. He could have concluded there was enough evidence to indict.

That wasn't his directive.

The problem is that you are talking out of your ass about a report you haven't read, and legislation you haven't reviewed.

The scope of what the Special Counsel could do was limited by the legislation, which you haven't read.

So now, you're just making it all up as you go.

That is why impeachment proceedings will destroy Conservatism...none of you have coherent arguments here, and the minute you get caught lying about it, the whole fucking defense falls apart. Witness this thread.

While the OLC likely would have delayed the indictment until after Trump was out of office, there is nothing in the OLC that states he couldn't reach a conclusion on filing charges.

He literally said that OLC guidelines say you cannot indict a sitting President.

Literally.

Lit-er-a-lly.

Do you know what "literally" means?

We know you're functionally illiterate, so probably not.

Impeachment would only further secure a Trump win in 2020.

How so?

Trump's base was already galvanized in 2016 when he lost the popular vote by 3,000,000.

Trump's base was already galvanized in 2018 when the GOP lost the vote in the House by 10,000,000 and the vote in the Senate by 20,000,000.

Trump's base was already galvanized when Democrats clawed back over 400 State legislative seats since 2017.

Trump's base is dwindling; I doubt he even gets to 60,000,000 votes if he's still running for President next year.

AGAIN... there is nothing in the OLC guidelines that states he cannot reach a conclusion. NOTHING. PERIOD..

The mandate of his Special Counsel wasn't to do that.

You would know that if you read the legislation that established the SC.

But you prefer the strategy of repeating the same stupid, lying bullshit over and over because that's what Nazis do.

But it doesn't matter if Mueller indicted or not; it's in Congress' hands now and impeachment proceedings would be the end of Trump and the GOP, because you couldn't make these arguments amid the evidence presented in Mueler's report; you'd have to reconcile what is in the report and you have yet to do that for anything detailed there.

You've been debating conceptually about the report, but what you have avoided debating are the contents of the report; specifrically the instances of obstruction and collusion detailed. Impeachment proceedings are going to force you to answer for those.

That scares the shit out of you because you have no answer for Paul Manafort sharing polling data with Russian spies in key states Trump won in 2016. You have no answer for the 11 instances of obstruction committed by Trump. You haven't even addressed them; instead, you've tried to gaslight the report so you don't have to address them.

What a fuckin' phony.

I am sure there will be those on the left stupid enough to believe the above nonsense.

If Nancy really wanted him in jail, she would impeach him. He is not going to be put on trial for anything until he is out of office. She just knows the stupidity of trying to impeach someone with no impeachable offenses.

No, she knows the Senate will not convict him regardless of his criminality.

Stench is just another know nothing parrot.

Thanks. It does not make the Dems look good though. As a majority party they have less bills put forth percentage wise and they really fall to low levels when it comes to bills introduced that actually became law. Just pointing that out.

Is that like the house voting to repeal the ACA 64 times under Obama even though they knew he would never sign it?

So you also have no answers, just another, "we're going find out," yet you are promoting it as some kind of proof of a "deep state," of individuals purposely by design going after Trump, in other words, validation of all of Hannity's conspiracies. And even if it all brings what you hope, what makes you think anyone would care or accept it let alone change anyway they think about Trump?

My bad, more questions Trumpkins can't answer

Did you expect anything different from Toothless, Trueless Darth LOL?

And yet, Mueller could not bring himself to that statement. Once again for the dumb fucks:

NO ONE got fired. NO ONE destroyed evidence. NO ONE refused to cooperate. NO ONE shut down the investigation NO ONE chose not to release the entire report. NO ONE exercised executive privilege.

Page 173 V I: Ultimately, the investigation did not establish that the Campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities.

Barr: Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.
