BARR DIDN'T know the SOURCE of the letter. What part of that is unclear to you?
Mueller testifying isn't going to answer:
1. Why Barr lied to the Senate in April?
2. Why Trump ordered his Counsel to dangle a pardon before Flynn?
3. Why Manafort shared polling data with Russian spies for months and months and months, as he was campaign manager for Trump?
Only Barr, Trump, and Manafort can give answers to those questions, and Trump has already refused to answer anything under oath. That's not what innocent people do, is it?

He didn't know the source of the letter. It could have been from a staff member or from you.
The House has nothing to do with the reason why Manafort shared polling data with Russia for months while he was campaign manager.
You keep avoiding that question.

The header of the letter literally says "US Department of Justice, Special Counsel's Office".
It's right there, at the top of the letter. Mueller even signed the letter too.

The part where you are confused as to the source of the letter when it gives the source at the very top of the letter itself, and Mueller signed it at the bottom.

The question is did Trump know about it? Trump said no.
Again UP to 14% of the House considers this an impeachable crime committed by the Trump administration.
In his March 27th letter that Barr received on March 28th.

We communicated that concern to the Department on the morning of March 25.

Prove the discussion didn't happen. Link up! Barr said he contacted Mueller to clarify the letter. Mueller didn't dispute the conversation happening, Did he?
Congress has nothing to do with why Manafort did what he did.

Ah, so he lied because he didn't know the source of the letter, even though the letter is sourced at the top from the Special Counsel's office and was signed by Mueller himself.
So did Barr just not read the letter? He must have, because he marked it as received on 3/28.

Barr told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee that he was surprised Mueller didn’t simply call him over his concerns about a summary the attorney general sent to Congress in late March about the 22-month probe.
"I said, 'Bob, what’s with the letter? Why don’t you just pick up the phone and call me if there’s an issue?'" Barr said during his testimony before the panel Wednesday.
"And he said that they were concerned about the way the media was playing this and felt that it was important to get out the summaries, which they felt would put their work in proper context and avoid some of the confusion that was emerging," Barr added.

I didnt interview Manafort. Maybe the person that interviewed Manafort should testify. He can also testify as to why he didn't clarify a motive.
