If you are going to steal something, steal something cool. I mean do not steal things, but come on... If you are going to face decades in prison for stealing, do something more than a letter.

Derrick Evans is a delegate to the state government. He is not a congressman. He has no greater right to enter the US Capitol Building than any other American.

He does have the right to enter the West Virginia capitol building, but he did not do that. He stormed the US Capitol Building.

You should forgive them; they drank the Kool-Aid and have spent the last few years living in an Alternative Universe. In their universe, like the Turner Diaries, they win the day and subjugate all those they oppose. Now reality is going to hit them like an ice water enema.

It wouldn't matter since, even if it was Ted Cruz himself, he was entering the building without authority to disrupt the lawful government of the United States. Derrick is going to be both unemployed and sent to Federal prison.

According to charging documents released by the U.S. Attorney’s office, Evans is charged with entering a restricted building without lawful authority and entering the House of Congress “with the intent to disrupt the orderly conduct of official business.

he didn't storm anything.....he walked in, taking pictures.......though I will admit I thought they were saying he was a federal congressman......
