Derrick Evans is a delegate to the state government. He is not a congressman. He has no greater right to enter the US Capitol Building than any other American.

He does have the right to enter the West Virginia capitol building, but he did not do that. He stormed the US Capitol Building.

he didn't storm anything.....he walked in, taking pictures.......though I will admit I thought they were saying he was a federal congressman......

I'm sure ol' Derrick appreciates your legal advice. Better yet, send him all your money for his defense on the charges of "entering a restricted building without lawful authority and entering the House of Congress “with the intent to disrupt the orderly conduct of official business."
