If she's had plastic surgery, it's been extremely subtle, since she has the normal sag and wrinkles of a woman her age. She also has a pretty expressive face, which you don't normally see with people who've had a lot of work done.
But, speaking of plastic surgery: remember that time that Trump got so pissed off about bad plastic surgery he'd had that he tore out a woman's hair and then raped her?
There are a lot of things that Catholicism has an issue with, including capital punishment, premarital sex, and divorce. Some of that has solid basis in scriptures. Others things, like the abortion prohibition, do not. When it comes to religious taboos against things like abortion and divorce, the most reasonable approach for religious politicians to take is to observe the taboo for themselves, but not to try to enforce their faith on others by way of the law (e.g., throwing people in jail for aborting unwanted pregnancies or getting divorced).
No, she just doesn't believe one should employ the Gov't to enforce their religious values on the country, there is a reason the Founders included the Establishmemt Clause in the Constitution.
