Ya, I dont know what happened, it has not be high enough on my list for me to spend much time on it....But I am struck by how belligerent and sounding just like the Chinese the Russians are....and how our foreign policy brain trust seem to have no clue what to do about it.
This reinforces what I said a long time ago....the Russians have no doubt but that they made the right call in giving up on the West, for making an early deal with CHina.....The West is dying and China offers the best deal for those who sign up first.
America will get no deal, we are going to be a symbol of failure, the Chinese will insist.

This was a restricted area near Sevastopol from all I know. That s the home of the Black Sea fleet.
