1. Please supply the link to the FBI's Uniformed Crime Report page that you pasted here. I ask this because I did not see anywhere in that report where it states that biker gangs were included in this chart. If I missed that, then it should be easy for a racial expert such as yourself who loves to "research" such material to copy and paste the paragraph or sentence(s) that state such.
2. The FBI stats DO NOT REPORT ON THE NUMBERS OF CONVICTIONS AND DIMISSALS RESULTING FROM ARRESTS. I am referring to DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW VIA A COURT TRIAL. Here's something that will put a little steam under your pointy hood as you scramble to dismiss/rationalize such to fit your narrative:
Black people are 13.6% of the American population but 53% of the 3,200 exonerations listed in the National Registry of Exonerations. Judging from exonerations, innocent Black Americans are seven times more likely than white Americans to be falsely convicted of serious crimes.
