California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom was found, yet again, flouting Wuhan coronavirus rules and regulations over the weekend as he continues to claim the state is in an "emergency."

Newsom attended the NFC Championship Game between the Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco 49rs game. During the event, he snapped photos with NBA star Magic Johnson.

While Newsom spent the weekend mask free and entertained, Monday morning thousands of school children were forced to wear masks for hours inside their schools.

Some people are special and some are not. Or, as George Carlin said: “It’s a big club. And you ain’t in it.”

how much you want to bet that the people serving food and drink to the entitled ass and his comrades were required to mask up?

Very few of the Branch Covidian Magic Masketeers seem to believe their own bullshit, apparently.

Likely, I'd say.

Do you see the masks they're holding?

Next fake outrage please.

Let me guess, the stadium? Exactly how do you break indoor rules at an outdoor stadium?

The politicians appeared to be mingling with celebrities inside a climate-controlled Google Cloud suite, located above the stadium's 100-level seats, Although food is served in the private box, the politicians were not eating when they posed maskless.

Actually it’s an indoor/outdoor stadium. It’s not an open air stadium like the Rose Bowl and LA Coliseum. LA County rules require masking outdoors in large gatherings of people. It’s why kids have to wear masks at recess. One can make the argument that 70K people in a stadium fits the description of a large gathering.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom said that he was maskless for "a brief period" after photos captured Newsom and other officials' bare faces while indoors at SoFi Stadium on Sunday despite a statewide mandate for universal indoor masking.

The governor was attending the NFC Championship game where the San Francisco 49ers lost to the Los Angeles Rams.

At one point during the game, Magic Johnson posed for a photo with Newsom. Neither man wore masks.

Magic Johnson posted a separate photo on social media posing with San Francisco Mayor London Breed and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Again, none of them wore masks.

In addition to the statewide order, SoFi stadium has a clear policy about masks that is posted on the venue's website.

It states "masks are required for all attendees" and "masks can only be removed to actively eat or drink, after which they must be immediately put back on."

Newsom and his office did not immediately respond to KCRA's request for comment on the maskless photo.

When asked about the photo Monday in Los Angeles County, Newsom said he was "very judicious. I encourage everybody else to do so. And that’s it.”

Asked whether he should have reconsidered removing his mask, Newsom agreed.
