Now that they rigged Pratt out who wins?

How? Aren't the majority of laws passed, at the state, local and federal level, passed when one party has a majority?

No. It's like saying the elk and elk are operating under the same rules... because they ARE.
Who made the rules? The Democrat majority party. The GOp had zero say in it

You are being deliberately obtuse

Still waiting on the source of your definition of socialism

Socialist (noun): A devout adherent of the one true faith known as Socialism, a secular religion whose central sacrament is the belief that human nature can be perfected through enough government coercion, wealth redistribution, and the ritual denunciation of "greed" (defined as anyone producing more than they consume under the new rules).“
I wrote it, you idiot.

Rules that are rigged by the majority party.

Do you really believe that the jungle primary was put in place to help Republicans?

The worse lies are the ones you tell yourself.
It is to help off-the-wall parties. It does not help the Dems either. The community is 87 percent Dem.https://calvoter.org/content/what-californias-%E2%80%98jungle-primary%E2%80%99-%E2%80%94-and-why-does-it-matter-so-much-governor%E2%80%99s-race

Two parts, for three candidates? Why?
There were 14 candidates.

The reason why is below. BTW, this explanation was all over the place. A minimal amount of Google searching would have answered the question.

What happened in this case is that there was a lag in an automated update such that some candidates’ votes were added in one update and the other candidates followed about a minute later,” reads the AP statement. “Specifically, an electronic update from the Los Angeles County website pulled in votes for only one group of candidates, including Karen Bass and Nithya Raman. Exactly one minute later, the electronic update picked up the votes for another group of candidates including Spencer Pratt. Taken together, the updates included 21,870 votes for Pratt, 12,850 votes for Bass and 9,521 votes for Raman, along with votes for other candidates.”
You're ignoring complexity and patterns to proclaim what you want to believe.

Doesn't look like it:

From YOUR link:

Prosecutors said a vote cast in the dog's name was counted in California's 2021 gubernatorial recall election.

Yes, it would counted in the 2021 local election and rejected in the 2022 mid-terms. That's what I said.
An investigation reportedly uncovered a social media post from January 2022 in which Yourex posted a photo of the dog wearing an "I voted" sticker

Also "an obviously dog ballot only counted once!"... kinda an concession disguised as a victoy.
what are you talking about????
I haven't a clue what relevance you think that has.

Looks like punishing people who threaten the conspiracy to me.

No, they aren't because they're never caught, because nobody in power wants them caught.

The penalties for threatening democrat power by seeking or exposing the truth, now those are harsh.

Prove it. (You can't that would require auditability)

They don't trust Trump, I don't trust them.

The difference is that you seem to think that reasonable honest people are obliged to admit that legitimate elections are held even though these abominations are not auditable and the people who run them resist and subvert all attempts to establish their legitimacy.

The burden of proof is not on the doubter. If they want to be treated as legitimate authorities by right of democracy, they need to prove they were democratically empowered.

You act as if you can give some excuse and the roadblock defaults back to "oh well guess we just have to trust the authoritea (Cartman voice)", No, roadblock to proving the election and the default is no mandate, no authority, no owed obedience (if there ever was any).

Tell it to the voting rights act.

You can hope what you want, but you won't win the debate with red herrings.

The people are legally owed democracy, not excuses.

I just conducted an election in my kitchen. The vote was 300 million for me as supreme leader, 5 for other people.

Audit the election or admit that some elections can't be audited.

Hilarious how you just skipped right over the video.

Here it is again:

That's what they said about Jim Crow.

I relayed more than the number that would be expected to be observed if there was cheating of a scale great enough to effect outcome. Here are some more:

(deleted to avoid wasting more of my time)
I said: "Part of the reason people don't commit voter fraud is because the legal penalties are harsh."

You said: "No, they aren't because they're never caught, because nobody in power wants them caught."

You aren't a reasonable person. You create reality as needed to reinforce what you want to believe....

Oh and, yes, I ignored the Wall Street Apes Tweet with a drug addled homeless person. Why in the hell would you put any value in that? Oh, right... it helps you believe what you want to believe.

There's no reasoning with the unreasonable. You are not a reasonable person.

Ever heard the word "camouflage"? What about Jamming with white noise?

If this was true then there would have been many updates with 0 change for one candidate or another. Was there? Where is the neutral party record of that?

Where is the blockchain log that could easily have been built decades ago?

So for no underlying technical reason they decided to make it look like fraud but "trust me bro". I don't trust them, for good cause.

Thanks I could actually read it in the smaller text just fine.

So you going to admit you were wrong about the dog's ballot being rejected before she went public?

I said: "Part of the reason people don't commit voter fraud is because the legal penalties are harsh."

You said: "No, they aren't because they're never caught, because nobody in power wants them caught."
Thanks for the recap. You didn't rebut or debunk anything, but you have successfully reproduced two quotes.

You aren't a reasonable person. You create reality as needed to reinforce what you want to believe....
You're losing the debate and looking for an escape route, but there is no one to fool. I don't know why people even bother with that. Does it help you sleep? I think if you cared enough to lie about it, it will still bother you.

Oh and, yes, I ignored the Wall Street Apes Tweet with a drug addled homeless person.
Yea I noticed.

Why in the hell would you put any value in that?
Well that particular drug addled homeless person hasn't lied repeatedly in national media and in court. So that puts her ahead of democrat leadership and their goons entrenched in bureaucracy.

It's a snowflake in the avalanche of evidence. A tree in the forest that you refuse to see. Because:
it helps you believe what you want to believe.

I may not know who is eventually going to win and be mayor of LA, Bass or Raman, but I do know who loses: The people living in LA...

Nobody rigged anything. LA County is only 18% registered Republican. Nobody should be surprised, including the conspiracy theorist, that too dems won.

Literally none of this matters. When elections don't go the exact way that MAGA's want them to go, there can only be one explanation.

Thanks again, Trump.

You're still making things up

Ok, so we're just going to ignore the fact that you are so uninformed and have so little intellectual curiosity that you actually thought there were only three candidates.

You're still making things up. As the article blurb noted, and Trump's Justice department confirmed, it was a glitch. Normally all updates go at once.
Where is the blockchain log that could easily have been built decades ago?
Sure, why not. It's not about what is known, it's about creating doubt anywhere possible. You're a conspiracy theorist and are, therefore, great at that.
So for no underlying technical reason they decided to make it look like fraud but "trust me bro". I don't trust them, for good cause.
You don't trust anything because you're a conspiracy theorist who, even if every state got rid of all mail-in voting and required a government issued ID, would still distrust election results in blue states.
Thanks I could actually read it in the smaller text just fine.

So you going to admit you were wrong about the dog's ballot being rejected before she went public?
Nope. As the blurb noted, the first vote was counted and the second wasn't.
Thanks for the recap. You didn't rebut or debunk anything, but you have successfully reproduced two quotes.

There is no debate because nobody can debate the unfettered imagination of a conspiracy theorist. Nothing.... really nothing....will sway your beliefs.
Yea I noticed.

Right...again...you will accept ANY source that tells you what you want to believe, including some random person on Twitter questioning a drugged up homeless person.

You have no standards and you have is a thirst for confirmation bias.
It's a snowflake in the avalanche of evidence. A tree in the forest that you refuse to see. Because:
Because you create a forest of trees based on your imagination.

Since much of the board is not from California, here's how the local elections work.

Los Angeles - the race is non-partisan, there are no party labels next to people's names, and if you get 50% you win. If no one gets 50% then the top two go to a run off - they have done this for a long time, well before Prop 14

San Francisco - basically did the same thing as L.A. up until the early 2000's when it went to ranked choice voting

Oakland - same as SF, changed around 2010 to ranked choice voting

democratic socialists
Their latest--and it's openly admitted by them--is the "Red Rabbit" program to train rioters and violent protesters how to fight the police and create general mayhem.

I guess Antifa has become the new "L" word so the DSA is changing the name to something new just like Liberal became Progressive...
