Can a 12 year old buy a gun? How about a 15 year old?
The law regarding constitutional rights, such as voting, has always been that those who are not of the age of majority (18) do not have the same rights as those who have reached the age of majority.
Of course not all rights involve age, however, historically the age of 18 has been a line in which certain rights are granted.
If there is a lawsuit about not selling guns to anyone under 21, what are the rules NOW?
