I saw a bit about it on more respectable networks so I think this one is true, but they are clearly hyping it to keep from covering the lawsuit they lost.

They really only care about ratings, so death in NYC is prime for their audience, and its easy to cover. They will keep on this until the capitulation to the claim about how they promoted the big lie is "old news".
