Reality is harsher. Our nation is done. The 'I am the best' and all those that enable that mentality miss something fundamental, humility.

Let's look at this. Maybe the president of Mexico might be lying for political reasons, but the leader of the Boy Scouts? If it was just the Mexican president, whom Trump doesn't get along with, I may give Trump the benefit of the doubt, but coupled with the Boy Scout leader, Trump is looks very much the liar, in fact, I would say 99% sure he lied.
