She moved it out of the PAC to an LLC because the rules of use are lighter than those of a PAC. With a PAC expenditures have to be more strictly defined and explained. In an LLC all she has to do is list something as a "necessary expense".
A court will decide for the Westchester privileged little airhead (with an economics degree no less). What a joke.
