What you are describing above is an example of Cultural Marxism (aka political correctness) which is driven by the underlying philosophy of Critical Theory/ Critical Race Theory (in this case).

And because your degree in whatever Neo- Marxist/Postmodern travesty of an educational program has provided you with no marketable job skills, you're now unemployable. So how do you ever sort out paying off the loan from the government you took to pay for your course of study ?
