Well...the homeowner instructed her to, after she claimed to 'know the person who lives in that house'.That flying the flag (other than on holidays) seems to be a southern thing. We didn't see much of that in STL either, except in certain neighborhoods, and in rural areas.
Why on Earth would you call the police if you saw someone in your neighborhood writing "BLM" on their property? I'm too sure some city protester is going to drive out just to do that on one particular house, and risk being seen and arrested.![]()
