Joe Biden would be a fully engaged President. And that is what is so sorely needed and has been since January 2017.

Fully engaged means doing all the work, doing the job. Read all the daily briefings, stay up on every subject, know what's going on. Delegate authority. Trust people. Hire good people and direct them to do the job to serve the American people, serve the nation. Be a real leader.

It means considering what's going on and taking action that helps the United States, (rather than himself) whether it be domestically or in relations with Putin.

I sure hope so. But then I never thought he would make it through even one term and here we are.

I wept for our nation and the world after the 2016 election. I had done the homework and knew all about DT before the 2016 election. It was so sad seeing America fall for his BS. Hopefully we have wised up enough by now.

100% correct. There's no talking sense to Witold. The good news is that he provides a lot of links to data unlike most of the other nutjobs. The bad news is that his thinker is so broken that he keeps drawing the wrong conclusions from those same links.

A major problem with him is that he conflates cultural differences with genetics. He tries really hard to prove he's superior than others, that he, not the Germans, are the master race. Interesting but obviously an idea not backed by science.

Agreed on the forecast he wouldn't last a full term, but that goes to show how robust our nation is and how the structure of our Federal government prevents a madman from starting WWIII.

Don't blame all of America for putting up two deplorables as nominees in 2016. Blame the two major parties themselves.

China is another whole subject. I always thought Bill Clinton gave away the farm when he established the trade agreement. It was a model to siphon wealth out of the USA and into China, and the pockets of the richest Americans. In my view, the only reasonable agreement with China would require that China import just as much from America as we import from them. And if there is a trade imbalance, then the portion beyond equality should be subject to appropriate tariffs. China should agree to this because it would be in their interest to do it, and they are smart enough to understand that a lopsided agreement would weaken the USA, and that would be a bad thing for China. China needs a healthy strong USA as a trade partner in the same way that conservatives need liberals to balance out their ideas and visa versa.

We are all better off when we work together and recognize everyone's individual merit, whether it be various nations or philosophies.

Exclusionism is the road to self destruction.

that means economic trade expansion is subject to tariffs if not balanced. it inhibits GDP growth.
It also is not feasible now with China mass producing for the US markets
