party of trump members terrified to say trump cannot serve a third term

I hope that the Supreme Court would put a stop to it... But, even if they do, how far in will they do that. They cannot block trump from announcing, that is freedom of speech. I do not think they can stop trump from being nominated, the Republicans can nominate whoever they want. They might be able to keep trump off the ballot, but maybe not. Even without considering the huge number of voters that this would turn off, the rest of the trump votes might just be discarded by the Supreme Court.

Or a riot of trumpers might kill the Supreme Court.
The Constitution prevents three term presidencies, Wrong Way Wally.

The Twenty-Second Amendment
    • The Rule: Ratified on February 27, 1951, the Twenty-Second Amendment states that "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice"

Most of us know that but it doesn't mean Trump won't try.

What's that moron blathering about now? He's on permanent ignore.

I well remember the haters claiming that Obama was going to run for a third term, illegally, of course. Oh, and he was going to declare martial law to somehow make it "legal." *eyeroll*
All kinds of BS most of it he can't back up.
I am sill waiting for him to post just ONE link showing we were in a DEPRESSION when Obama was in office like he says we were.

He probably could, unless the MAGATs all kick the bucket. After all, he polled terribly in 2016 plus had most of the Republikkkans against him. Even JD "Nice couch you got there" Vance called him "America's Hitler." Yet you stooges elected him anyways. And most of the GOP lined up to kiss his ring or his fat bottom in penance.

Math must be hard for you too, Fowl. 20% doesn't equal a win when 80% is left over.

Our resident Bird brain posts 12 posts and doesn't say anything intelligent.
ASSHOLE when did Obama sere a third term?
2020-2024
Obama only served 2 terms, You won't be able to back that BS up with a link just like you can't post a link showing us we were in a DEPRESSION under Obama .
Obama served 3 terms. The third was through his puppet, Biden.

Didn't stop Obama from running a 'third term' through his puppet Biden.

I can see him concocting a scheme where JD runs for POTUS in 2028 with Trump as his VP running mate, then JD resigns for some specious reason, giving Trump a third term. Guess we'll see if JD's ego is that flexible and how much Trump will promise him if he signs on. lol
trump is desperately trying to find a technicality that will allow him to be president forever. It is not moral, and it is not possible.

We were not in a depression then. That's why he can't back it up.
Oh I know and have been calling him out on his lie for OVER a year now.
Obama took over a deep recession ALMOST a depression from Bush and got us out of it.
He says we were in a depression under Obama for over 7 years.
Again it is a FACT out of the past 11 Recessions 10 of them started under a Republican President.
As I have said before if you want a recession elect a Republican for President if you want a good economy elect a DEM for President.

Finally a member of the party of trump willing to say that. It is like pulling teeth.

If trump runs again, will you vote against him?
Are you ill?

What part of “The Constitution prevents three term presidencies “ is confusing you, WWW?
