it is certainly much more difficult now with eyes and ears on the ground gone -
but we still have SIGINT intelligence,, we do it in countries like Yemen as well without eyes and ears

Bush "launched" 2 illegal wars based on lies. Any deaths are on hos yellow cowardly carcass. He killed thousands even if not by "signature" strikes, or with drones. As to Biden, we have no choice there. Other sources of information are inaccurate, and inadequate. Yemen should be proof enough of that.
