I think they should--the j6 rioters--be able to sue the federal government, just like anyone, for being wronged in some way and should be able to recover a reasonable sum for that including ALL of their court and legal costs. That later is one of the biggest failings of our legal system. The loser in civil suits should pay ALL costs involved unless they can demonstrate a damn good cause for not having to do so.
