Its more like a question on an IQ test actually. If you read the above line and smile it means you are a low IQ imbecile. For anyone else you know what it actually means,..........the old, infirm, and the poor will all die because there will be no one left to care for them. It actually means that now you will FINALLY see what a REAL one percent is.
