Right.....Comey was fired a week before the Mueller investigation was even started....and Trump had no authority to obstruct anything until he assumed office in Jan. of 2017. In fact Comey Leaked to the Media in order to claim evidence of Collusion (which Mueller found no evidence thereof....someone is lying their ass off. Was it obstruction when BLOW JOB BILL fired William Sessions (FBI head) in 93? If not why not? Clinton was under federal investigation even in 93...no? Of course its not obstruction for any new administration to clean house for any reason.....why? Because the POTUS has the constitutional authority of EXECUTIVE OVERSIGHT in the Executive Branch where the FBI exists.

The FISA warrant needs to have the reasons and those involved in asking for it, seriously investigated.
Truth? There is no constitutional authority for such a FISA court to even exist....where some judge has the power to suspend our BILL OF RIGHTS simply because someone claims SUSPICION.
Even a POTUS is protected by the Bill of Rights. The way the courts exist today.....they have the authority to go spy in order to find a crime to prosecute instead of using the investigative work of our police forces to prove that suspicion exists because of the facts in evidence.Dumbfuck. 5/9/2017. Since Comey admitted to leaking in order to get an SC appointed, it’s time to investigate whether his [criminal] intent was provoke Trump into firing him. Actually, it’s past time for that investigation.
But if the lefties would forget that this involves Trump and look at it objectively [they struggle mightily with that lol] they would see how far out in left field they are on it.
If subject A is only technically guilty of obstructing an investigation that’s one reason a federal prosecutor might not take the case. In other words, the subject *may have* acted with intent to obstruct—but no obstruction occurred, that’s one reason why a prosecutor might pass on it. I put the emphasis on the *may have* because proving intent beyond reasonable doubt isn’t a slam dunk.
The bigger reason is that the investigation found no crime. That’s going to be the showstopper because a good defense lawyer could easily convince a jury to not bring a conviction or maybe more likely result in a hung jury with no conviction.
Federal prosecutors like to win lol. They have a 90% conviction rate because they are picky about what kind of indictments they are willing to bring. It’s also prudent in the sense they aren’t wasting resources [and tax dollars] going to trial with indictments that have maybe a 50/50 chance of standing up in front of a jury.
They would leave Subject A alone.
