For me, it's him violating his oath on a regular basis. If he were a military officer under my command, I'd have him charged with multiple UCMJ articles such as 92, 107 and multiple offenses under 134. But of course he's not in the military and never was. He's just the asshole destroying it as Commander-in-Chief.

Gassed Americans for a photo op in violation of the First Amendment.
Mixed business with his office in violation of the emoluments clause.
Mocked or passed conspiracy theories about our elections to undermine the Constitution. Specifically hyping things that do not exist or are very rare and twisting the truth about voting. e.g. 30 million illegals voting for Hillary.
For the most part, I blame Congress just as a would blame the parents of a 6 year old firing a load pistol at people on the street every day. It's up to Congress to exert control here and they have not....not that that's is news since Congress has be failing in their duties for over 25 years now.
