Except for the fact that most, if not all of the "classified" information on HRC's server had been publicly known for some time.
Just because a piece of information has never been declassified, does not mean that it is secret.
There are literally tons of documents that are still classified, decades after the contents have been reported and published in major newspapers around the world and are common knowledge.
So a document or a bit of information can be technically classified, but discussing it in an email as HRC did, is not a crime or a security breach.
But of course the Repugnants and Hillary haters will never mention that little tidbit.
Which is typical of the kind of slimy, misinformation and propaganda campaigns the Repugnant party is known for.
Technically they can't be accused of "lying", but the "truth" they tell is only half there and even that half is usually distorted.
And of course, willing dupes and tools like the Trumpsuckers are more than happy to gobble it up.
Well, if only that were true, what I saw was testimony, primarily from Republicans about Trump last night. I didn’t listen to commentary, I just watched the hearings. Everyone was under oath to tell the truth, too.

Good points but if I were to send you classified information one would assume that you are cleared for subject information and would be knowledgeable enough to suspect said information is possibly classified and it is required of you to secure such info and notify the sender. Any less makes you lible for prosecution.

No intent = no crime.
There have been worse cases involving the actual removal of physical documents from secure facilities that weren't prosecuted.
The bar for prosecution in these cases is much higher than just sending and receiving emails on a private server.
The classified information was no longer secret.
It was all much ado about nothing and designed by the Repugnant party to keep her from becoming President.

That's both enough to charge someone and to censure them. If I'd been accused of being "extremely careless" in handling classified material, I'd be facing a court-martial.

She did nothing others including Colin Powell didn't do.
The ony difference was that her server was private and in her house, rather than some other non-secure public server like Powell et al used.
It still boils down to the fact that even if some of the info she discussed via email was from documents marked marked C or S, it doesn't mean there was a security breach because a lot of classified information is just never declassified even years after it becomes widely known.
She never jeopardized national security and as Comey pointed out, never displayed any criminal intent to pass govt secrets on to unauthorized recipients.
Nothing complicated about it other than the devious way the Repugnants twisted it around to make it sound 10,000x worse than it was.
The Republicans had the chance to show they were defenders of the constitution, like Cruz pretends to be. They were calling for an investigation right after.. then.. the trump base told them to shut up and claim 1/6 was just a "tour".
