Right or wrong, Presidents have used the military historically to put down serious riots and uprisings, and crush strikes that threatened the national economy. That goes from before the Civil War to the 1980's when the USMC went to Los Angeles to crush the Rodney King riots. Obama is wrong because he sees this through the lens of TDS.
