Irrelevant appeal to authority. Her directives resulted in increased waste, cost, and loss of nutrition because the intended recipients wouldn't eat her fucked up menu meals. They chose alternatives to it, even at increased cost to themselves. In many schools, it created a black market of students and teachers who smuggled in junk food, soda, and other high demand foods for students to buy instead of eat some bland, crappy school lunch.
