WOW.

If anyone has anything negative to say about Trump it’s because they must be left wing bots, Kool-Aid drinking, TDS sufferers. It couldn’t possibly be fact based on the public record, arrived at by deductive reasoning and critical thinking.

Thanks.
You are correct here.
This is a good description of yourself and other Democrats.

I say plenty against Trump. His handling of Iran is abysmal. I have gone as far as to call him "Barack Trump" for his incessant "red lines" and foolishly thinking he could negotiate with the democrats and their IRGC proxies.

Lawfare though, is the most heinous thing I've seen in my life. The entire run of Obama's Biden Junta was a preview for the totalitarian state democrats have planned for America.

We disagree politically - doesn't mean we can't be friends.

This lawfare nonsense is almost entirely just that. Nonsense.

I’m referencing cases in the public record, some if them long before this political business started. They SPECIFICALLY state who and what Trump is and establish the kind of human being he is. Yet you deny them out of hand.

Example: The Trump charity. It’s years before he was a political entity. The case clearly found Trump had stolen from contributors. Used the money given to conduct his on personal business. That’s embezzlement and he ought to gave fine to prison for it but this is America and rich people get civilly sued for what others with less power from less money go to two -ridin for, but that’s a second issue and another thread. In this civil case what Trump did was clearly define as UNLAWFUL. So much so that he was ordered restitution of millions of dollars AND the charity was ordered ended AND Trump was PERMANENTLY BARRED FROM EVER RUNNING A CHARITY AGAIN.

How is that lawfare?

How does that alone, without all that fines after it, not show you and the rest of MAGA this is no one who should ever get near the Presidency.

Where the heck is MAGA’s common sense?

Did they simply not be born with any or did something happen that it died on the vine?

Invite me to come back when you can understand the English spoken at the adults' table. In the meantime, I'll have the server bring you some more crayons.

See above.

Inversion fallacy. Go read the bill, moron. I've read all of it.

Add you to this list of folks who talk first and not look up or fact check what they are talking about.

You gave issues. Forget about reading the “One Big Beautiful Bill”, which you obviously never have. All you have to do is Google it.

Google A.I. response to ?What Trump tax cuts end in 2028?

Under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, several temporary tax benefits enacted under President Trump are set to expire on December 31, 2028. [1, 2]

Expiring Tax Benefits in 2028
    • No Tax on Tips Deduction: Allows eligible workers to deduct up to $25,000 in tips from federal income tax. [1, 2]
    • Overtime Pay Deduction: Allows eligible workers to deduct up to $12,500 (single) or $25,000 (joint) in overtime compensation. [1, 2]
    • Senior Standard Deduction Bonus: Provides an extra standard deduction of up to $6,000 for individuals aged 65 and older. [1]
    • Deductible Car Loan Interest: Permits a deduction of up to $10,000 on interest for vehicle loans on cars assembled in the U.S. (subject to income limits). [1]
    • Trump Accounts Pilot Window: The government’s $1,000 seed-money contribution applies only to eligible children born through December 31, 2028. [1]
    • Expanded State and Local Tax (SALT) Cap Increase: The raised $40,000 SALT cap for individuals making under $500,000 reverts back to $10,000 after five years. [1]

MAGA is not a person, Trump is already President.

You do realize that all of your posting is as readily refuted as easily as I did your claims about the Trump tax cuts for regular folk expiring in 2028, that anyone who cares to fact check you knows you for precisely what you are.

Have a glorious day.

This lawfare nonsense is almost entirely just that. Nonsense.

Bullshit.

It was the most shameful and disgusting chapter in our political history. Tammany Hall is a close second. Lawfare, especially as used by Obama's Biden Junta is an assault on the rule of law and corruption of American Jurisprudence. We may never recover from the deep damage done by this shameful episode.

Less than half of Americans believe it is even possible to get a fair trial or justice in America.

Prior to Obama and the shameful Biden Junta, just under 80% had faith in our system. Prior to the Biden Junta and Lawfare, we had the most respected system of Jurisprudence in the world.

That was destroyed by the lust for power by democrats and their zeal to crush free and fair elections by imprisoning the opposition.

You party launched a total of 79 different investigations in the attempt to keep Trump from defeating Biden. That is more than against any other person in American history. democrats knew they couldn't win free and fair elections, so they corrupted and perverted the law.

I’m referencing cases in the public record, some if them long before this political business started. They SPECIFICALLY state who and what Trump is and establish the kind of human being he is. Yet you deny them out of hand.

I've done a great deal of research - there is very little fact to support the leftist narrative. The left has enough judges and prosecutors in deep blue areas to persecute the political opposition. But this is the most anti-American act imaginable. The idea that prosecution of persons is determined not by facts or evidence, but by political animus.

Utterly disgusting.

Example: The Trump charity. It’s years before he was a political entity. The case clearly found Trump had stolen from contributors.

Let's examine this.

First you claim that this was "years before he was a political entity." The case was in 2018 - while he was the sitting president and democrats were fully engaged in the rape of American justice.

Then you claim the "case" found Trump stole?

Yet the suit made no such allegation, much less was it "proven." The complaint was that the foundation used funds to settle legal disputes, particularly one regarding a flagpole at Mar-A-Lago.

That you hate Trump is established - but what you post is mostly false - nonsense from fringe left hate sites.

Used the money given to conduct his on personal business. That’s embezzlement and he ought to gave fine to prison for it

Got it, life in prison. Not death?

I mean, he defeated Hillary, if that doesn't warrant execution, what would? This is an enemy of the party - they cannot be allowed to live.

but this is America and rich people get civilly sued for what others with less power from less money go to two -ridin for, but that’s a second issue and another thread. So much so that he was ordered restitution of millions of dollars AND the charity was ordered ended AND Trump was PERMANENTLY BARRED FROM EVER RUNNING A CHARITY AGAIN.

Is there any truth to your claim? Let's check with Grok:

No. That claim is false.

In the 2019 settlement of the New York Attorney General’s lawsuit against the Donald J. Trump Foundation, Donald Trump was not permanently barred from ever running a charity again.

What actually happened

  • The Trump Foundation was dissolved under court supervision.
  • Trump admitted to misusing foundation funds for personal, business, and political purposes (including allowing his 2016 campaign to control a veterans fundraiser).
  • He was ordered to pay $2 million in damages, which was distributed to eight unrelated charities. The foundation’s remaining assets (about $1.8 million) were also distributed to charities.
  • His three eldest children completed mandatory training on nonprofit board responsibilities.

Restrictions on future charity involvement

The New York AG had sought a ban on Trump serving as an officer or director of a charity. The final court-approved settlement did not impose a permanent ban. Instead, it set conditions if he serves as an officer or director of a New York charitable organization (or forms a new one):

  • The organization must have a majority of independent board members with no family or business ties to him.
  • It must hire counsel experienced in New York nonprofit law and an accounting firm to monitor finances.
  • No self-dealing or transactions with Trump, his family, or entities they control.
  • For a newly formed charity, annual reports to the New York Attorney General for five years, plus specific governance procedures.

These are oversight requirements, not a lifetime prohibition on running or participating in charities. Claims that he was “permanently barred from ever running a charity again” exaggerate and misrepresent the settlement.

How is that lawfare?

It was a politically motivated action against a sitting president.

How does that alone, without all that fines after it, not show you and the rest of MAGA this is no one who should ever get near the Presidency.

ROFL

The reality is what you posted is simply not true. You are repeating leftist propaganda in direct contradiction of actual facts.

Even your hyperventilating hyperbole shows that this is 100% political. You wanted to thwart the ability of Trump to defeat your candidate. In 2018, prior to the release of the Wuhan Designer Virus® - the economy was booming and Trump was unbeatable. Obama sought a third term using Biden as an avatar, but there was zero chance of defeating Trump - so the lawfare started rolling.

Where the heck is MAGA’s common sense?

MAGA is not a person. Slogans neither have nor lack "common sense."

The bigger question is, where is integrity among Marxists?

Did they simply not be born with any or did something happen that it died on the vine?

See above.

Add you to this list of folks who talk first and not look up or fact check what they are talking about.

The last line is especially ironic, given that virtually nothing you post turns out to be true or accurate. You just echo radical left hating points. Trump is an impediment to absolute rule by the National Socialist democrat Workers Party - so you hate him.

Just as the DNC instructs you to through their propaganda corps.

That you hate Trump is established - but what you post is mostly false - nonsense from fringe left hate sites.

The case was settled in 2018. It’s not unusual for lawsuits to take years, even a couple of decades. The actions date back to early 2000’s. The flagpole you mention, that was 2006.

And where is the left out information about the money STOLEN BY MISDIRECTION to repair Trump’s real estate or the purchase of a commissioned six foot portrait of Trump?

As to his banning, that turns out to be on me as the short hand, Readers Digest, version of the events does say he was banned but when you dig deeper you find what actually occurred was a, “Trump can’t run a charity on his own any longer but can be involved IF the provisions you state are in place.

Not the same as a ban and on me for not checking deeper into what “banned” actually meant as I took it for granted that banned meant banned and not conditions.

When I’m wrong I have no problems admitting it, unlike some others.

No one alleged theft. Your claim was a lie.

It was a politically motivated lawsuit. Charities use funds all the time to fight off legal challenges.

If you want a TRULY dirty and corrupt charity - check out the "Clinton Foundation."

Oh, but that's (D)ifferent.

You do realize that all of your posting is as readily refuted
Argument of the Stone fallacy. Bulverism fallacy.

I never made any such claim. YOU DID. The tax cuts are not expiring.

'Fact check' is a meaningless buzzphrase. Go learn what 'fact' means. Void argument fallacy.
Have a glorious day.
Patronizing. You support murder and assassination.

Lie. Denial.

If the Democrats win either the house or senate the Trumppers will cry and scream without any evidence that there was massive fraud.

Read the bill. The ones I listed for you that are for “regular” people expire, of course the rich folks tax cuts… they are permanent.

'Fact check' is a meaningless buzzphrase. Go learn what 'fact' means. Void argument fallacy.

I investigated for a living for over 40 years. I know what a fact is. What is your issue? Why are you like this? Who hurt you as a child?

Patronizing. You support murder and assassination.

I arrested murderers.

You are annoyingly bizarre and challenging as an individual to exchange ideas with because your attachment to reality is strained beyond measure. I mean i literally, hand holding you, walk you to the evidence. It’s in the bill, again read it.

Nothing more to say to you on this until you become reality based in your correspondence.

Stop making shit up. The tax cuts don't expire.

Blatant lie - as I already proved to you.

Sad that you continue to post Marxist lies.

First off, there were no "tax cuts for the rich." - 96% of the Trump tax cut dollars allowed households earning less than $200K to keep more of their money.

As with Marxists in general, you seem to view all money - all capital as the rightful property of the government and view people keeping what they earn as "theft" from the state - the crown as it were.

Further the sunset clause applies to the entire tax package - there is no exemption for "the rich."

I investigated for a living for over 40 years. I know what a fact is.

Then why don't you occasionally post them? Because the party is too important to let little things like fact and reality get in the way?
