Pregnant 19-year-old, child die trying to climb US wall

No that is not what is the determining factor. The medical science is the determining factor.

Medical science shows that the fetuses under 24-26 have no consciousness and feelings. There's nobody home.

It was 26 weeks just a few minutes ago.

Your logic is: If someone can claim their life is in danger, it's OK to break the law.

The stealing example is just that. Please do try to keep up and not contradict yourself.

Are you talking about laws in general? Yes it would be wrong to break the law if they have no reason.

It's an answer to a question that wasn't asked.

Let me put this in a simple scenario. A woman finds herself being chased by a total stranger and there's a no trespassing sign. There's no other way to go. What should she do?

A No trespassing sign is meaningless under the law. It's irrelevant whether it's there or not.

Use the firearm the 2nd amendment protects her right to own and shoot the piece of shit.

Are you saying that means she should break the law and go into someone else's home?

At what point an unborn baby has consciousness and can feel pain.

I knew we'd get to the point where you would admit you really don't know.

I am not a medical scientist. As I have stated, I go by with what they have discovered and with Roe v. Wade.

I have read many journals on this very subject. The consensus is 26 weeks.

So you're saying that she should just stand there and let it happen? Interesting.

You said you went by both Roe v. Wade AND medical science.

Yet you said medical science said 24 - 26 weeks.
