President Trump In A Terrible Funk Since Midterm Election Loss Wake-Up Call

America needs a responsible conservative party. With the GOP establishment quaking before a rabble of populists, bigots and morons, it hasn't got one.

I don't see that happening any time soon

the Teabagger Caucus is alive and well in the House, and in fact uber Teabagger Marsha Blackburn is heading for the Senate to join their caucus of kooks

I don't see an old-school GOP rebirth anytime soon

Hello Tranquillus in Exile,

America needs a responsible conservative party. With the GOP establishment quaking before a rabble of populists, bigots and morons, it hasn't got one.

It was better when we had the traditional differences between conservative and liberal. More government, less government. Higher taxes, lower taxes. More social programs, fewer. Back when morality meant something, and there was some bipartisanship and mutual respect between the parties.

Really, Watergate was the beginning of the end of functional US politics.

Everything is so torn and polarized now. We're worse off. We have to find a way to mend some fences.

Nah, we're going to have to have to take on the aristocracy and roll back the implementation of the Powell Memorandum. So the flag will actually mean something again.

Hello Fentoine Lum,

Nah, we're going to have to have to take on the aristocracy and roll back the implementation of the Powell Memorandum. So the flag will actually mean something again.

If only we could undo the Powell Memorandum. (And I did vote for Ralph Nader over Al Gore) No, what we have to do is yes, take on the aristocracy, but we have to do it in today's world. The only way I can see that possibly happening is to counter the fake news and propaganda with reality. People just don't understand what is really good for them and what is actually hurting them. We have got to stop caving in to the rich. We need to tax the rich more to pay for our government and more. We need these people who are currently drawn to the right. We have to find a way to appeal to them, get them to understand the big picture. Big challenge, because the juju of the right is strong.

Trump didn't cause that. He has merely capitalized on it and amplified it. Trump is like, if Rush Limbaugh became President. Seriously. It is just this totally freak situation that happened. But the good part is he has motivated so many new faces on the left. And there are more to come in 2020. It's time for the political pendulum to swing back to the left just in time to pick up the pieces of the trashed economy after the big Trump recession which is coming. If that happens before 2020, Trump is toast; and so is the Republican Senate.

The only consolation to trumpf's even-more-than-usually disturbed mental state is that it leads him to go round insulting his alleged 'friends', as he just did with Mrs May. In the current Brexit shambles, this may at least turn a few of the mugs away from becoming a new Puerto Rico at the Buffoon's beck and call.

Hello iolo,

The only consolation to trumpf's even-more-than-usually disturbed mental state is that it leads him to go round insulting his alleged 'friends', as he just did with Mrs May. In the current Brexit shambles, this may at least turn a few of the mugs away from becoming a new Puerto Rico at the Buffoon's beck and call.

Hopefully Brexit will fail without Northern Ireland totally onboard, long enough for a new vote. If the vote were reheld today, it would not win. Is Trump fever a sickness that passes?

My, Trump really is in a funk.

He's withdrawn into his tweet-o-sphere, attacking Mueller again.

What's with all the hyped up Muller attacks?

Is the President nervous about something?

President Trump:

The inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess. They have found no collusion and have gone absolutely nuts. They are screaming and shouting at people, horribly threatening them to come up with the answers they want.

Any proof of this, Mr President?

Anything to back it up? Anything at all? One shred of evidence?

Nothing?

Nobody is surprised you are lying again. In go the Big Macs, out come the lies.

They are a disgrace to our Nation and don’t...

....care how many lives the ruin.

but you call for them to ruin Democrat lives.

These are Angry People, including the highly conflicted Bob Mueller, who worked for Obama for 8 years. [And he's a Republican, which means he is dedicated to do his job without partisanship] They won’t even look at all of the bad acts and crimes on the other side. A TOTAL WITCH HUNT LIKE NO OTHER IN AMERICAN HISTORY!

I thought you were concerned that he is ruining people's lives?

Universities will someday study what highly conflicted (and NOT Senate approved) Bob Mueller and his gang of Democrat thugs have done to destroy people. Why is he protecting Crooked Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Lisa Page & her lover, Peter S, and all of his friends on the other side?

What universities will study: is how you became such a skilled demagogue, how so much of America fell for it, and how that can be avoided again once we are rid of you. I would suggest far better public education.

The only “Collusion” is that of the Democrats with Russia and many others. Why didn’t the FBI take the Server from the DNC? They still don’t have it. Check out how biased Facebook, Google and Twitter are in favor of the Democrats. That’s the real Collusion!

Sounds like you are pretty scared. I can hear your knees shaking from a great distance.

"Is the President nervous about something?" PT #34

Trump said:
"I like conflict." Trump early March 2018
What Trump did not add was that the reason Trump likes conflict is because Trump likes to declare victory, whether he's earned it or not.

And Trump's behavior here has been so deplorable, that even Trump hasn't the callous to pretend to victory. The most recent pseudo-victory I recall Trump claiming is his "victory" on election night.
You know. The one where Trump lost the house.

Trump blew the WWI ceremony attendance. But over 80 other world leaders attended. This leaves little doubt about Trump's priorities.

a) Either Trump sincerely wanted to attend, but is so inept he simply lacked the skill to succeed. - OR -

b) Trump, with all the resources the United States of America accords him couldn't be bothered.

Trump's willing to play golf in the rain. But he's not willing to affirm the U.S. alliance with these other great leaders / nations / peoples.

Oh, he must be totally hacked off now.

Another court ruling against him. Gotta give Acosta his press pass back.

This would be a really good day for WH staffers to lay VERY LOW!
