The XL would run through Baker, Montana, where American-produced light crude oil from the Williston Basin (Bakken formation) of Montana and North Dakota would be added to the Keystone's throughput of synthetic crude oil (syncrude) and diluted bitumen (dilbit) from the oil sands of Canada. The first three phases of the Keystone project are already up and running, XL is the final stage.

The White House on Thursday sidestepped questions asking if President Joe Biden was doing anything to curb rising gas prices, as those in the industry warn motorists might face $3 per gallon in a matter of weeks.
A reporter at the daily briefing asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki if Biden was planning to intervene on the rising prices.
GasBuddy, which tracks fuel prices, warned today that the national average “may breach $3 per gallon by Memorial Day. GasBuddy noted that that large cuts to oil production “will generally be extended.”
“I don’t have anything on that to preview for you,” Psaki responded to the reporter.

are you really saying biden canceling a pipeline in this country, which has not even been started on yet when he took office, and expressing more green energy policies in general THAT ALSO HAVE NOT GONE INTO EFFECT YET....is causing gas prices to rise back to more normal levels? do you know what good news these higher prices, but still lower than normal, means to oil companies who shut down some operations because the price actually went below zero one day for Sweet Texas Crude?

(1) Kayleigh was HOT, HOT, HOT, and that encouraded the American public to tune into WH Press Briefing and keep abreast of important political issues in their country..
(2) Because she was speaking for Trump and the Press are lefties who hated him, they gave Kayleigh a really hard time - they threw the toughest questions at her that they could cook up.
(3) Despite this, Kayleight always kept cool, always took on the questions and always elegantly knocked them right out of the ball park. She even put TOTAL ass-holes like Jim Acosta in his place.(Also, running defence for Trump, could be difficult at times, because he did tend to speak his mind very bluntly on some issues and let loose comments that were inappropriate/not politically correct, etc).
(4) Kayleigh could do this because ,basically, she had a mind like steel trap - very high IQ - she was way too smart for the leftist media journals.

I suppose that "Raggedy Ann" is forced to continuously "circle back" because there is , I expect, no "rhyme or reason" to what Biden has said or done - he is ,no doubt, all over the place like a mad woman's shit (when he is conscious) and cleaning the mess must be near impossible.

In summary Kayleigh McEnnany was a CLASS ACT in every respect. Raggedy Ann is NOT a class act. She is funny to watch because she is so ridiculously incompetent (like an old Marx Brothers Slap Stick movie where the brothers keep getting whacked on the butt with sticks, or have their noses tweaked, etc). But WH Press Conferences are not supposed to be stand -up comedy shows.
