I'm sure at one point you leaned on an unverifiable anecdote, or invoked some friend or family member of yours to help lend credibility to your argument that you recognize has none when it comes to the facts.

That's what all Conservative arguments end up devolving into anyway; a series of anecdotes that can't stand to scrutiny.
