Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

No, even assuming the first shot was 100% her fault, the third shot - the one that entered the left side of her head and exited the right side, the shot that took her life, was 100% the agent’s fault.
Aw, she tried to run his buddy over and died. Too bad, so sad.

Fine.

Trying to use a trivial objections fallacy on your part changes nothing.
Trivial objection? When it comes to legal arguments, using Wisconsin laws in Minnesota aren't trivial. They are laughable and are not valid legal arguments.

But the thing you are ignoring is police aren't allowed to shoot anyone suspected of committing a felony. The court case was posted here and you ignored it.

We're not in a court of law and we're not lawyers--I damn sure know I'm better than that! This is a political discourse board. That I made a mistake doesn't nullify the case or debate. At this point you're trying a "Pee Wee Herman defense."

Police are allowed to shoot someone they think is trying to run them over in the heat of the moment. She was committing a felony by fleeing.

Where did you get that?

Agent Ross was the ONLY party injured. His injury was not established beyond he had "internal bleeding" which could be anything from a bruise being made far too much of [it is, technically, internal bleeding] to a life threatening hemorrhaging [no one thinks it was anything beyond a bruise in this case as Ross was in an out of the hospital in a couple of hours].

The Feds have kept all of this very much under wraps. Releasing practically no information at all, zero transparency, even to the Minneapolis Police and the Hennepin County Prosecutor's office, BOTH of which officially requested full disclosure [including body cam footage, etc] and got NADA from the feds.

Again, that is why this is good. The full skinny is going to be made public now. It ALL comes out as soon as the civil discovery warrants and subpoenas start to get issued. They won't be able to deny releasing it to the courts. Though they will try. It just won't work.

None of that is happening, you fucking idiot. Dyke wife gets zero dollars for getting her partner killed.
This is not making it to discovery. No.

I see. So she was the equivalent of an enemy combatant. I hope he tries that in his upcoming court case. What the fuck is the matter with you?

He is a typical bloodthirsty MAGAT. They have no issues at all with govt. goons gunning down anti-goon or anti-Trump protesters, women, people of color, "illegals" -- unless they are White people invading the Capitol with intent to harm elected people the cops are supposed to protect. In that case, it's "murder." Just ask the amoral sludge.

Such double standards from the right on this one.

It's pretty sad.

Always. If Good or Pretti had been wearing a red MAGAt hat at the time of their murders, the Reichwing would be screaming for "justice" and painting them as martyrs. You know, like they've done with poor dead Ashley Babbitt who was clearly breaking the law and who clearly posed a threat to the lawmakers the mob was after.

Bloodthirsty and stupid. An imbecile might argue to a jury that this Minnesota mother of three in the family car needed to be bought down as if she were an enemy on a battlefield, but this agent would never find a lawyer willing to make that "defense" if he tried.

Protecting our country from foreign invasion is a necessary function of government, retard.
J6 was supposed to be an exercise of the 1st Amendment, and Congress failed that day.
IMO, they were stampeded. Yeah, your little pea brain probably doesn't know what stampeded is.

She gave up custody of her kids to go live the lesbian life. :|

Not exactly but keep trying to slime her. Her two oldest children lived their father, her former husband. The youngest child, age six, lived with her and she was on the home from dropping him off at school when she was killed.

She wasn't trying to run him over and Ross was by her SIDE window when he killed her. None of the shots come when he was standing in front of a vehicle.
She was committing a felony by fleeing.
Fleeing is not a reason to commit murder.

It will make it to discovery and it will make it to trial, certainly a jury trial, unless the case settles before that. Will be good if it doesn't settle.
Let the country hear why the defense thinks putting a bullet through this woman's brain was a reasonable thing to do.
