Renee Good was just minding her own business ... which happened to be deliberately interfering in ICE's law enforcement activity and specifically using her car to block ICE vehicles, preventing them from moving as needed.

There's a big difference between "a few minutes", and "a few minutes of committing felonies". FYI alerting the subject of a warrant that the police are coming is a felony, as is blocking the road against LEO's.
