The situation did NOT require deadly force. The idea that any action by the officer was justified for such small infractions is ludicrous.

I did look at where the car is parked and as I pointed out in time stamped breakdown of the video. At no time in the video was she blocking both lanes of traffic. At this point it seems you are claiming the lane is blocked if she is even an inch into the lane. I circled the dividing line. The white vehicle is in the driving lane and will have no problem passing her.

She's not "an inch into the other lane"... the dotted line is clearly under her tire, so the front of her car is protruding a couple of feet into the other driving lane.

However, in order for the shooting to be legal, the officer just has to actually believe that he is being attacked with deadly force, and a vehicle being driven towards him is exactly that.

He also had all the authority he need to stop a fleeing felon, even with the use of a deadly weapon.

Your speculation is completely meaningless, while the ICE agents rational determination of an imminent threat is a 100% solid legal defence.
