Your "radius" comment makes sense only if you know the relative positions of the car and the cop and assume the cop's position remained fixed from the time the car began to move. In other words, you don't know what you're talking about.

You're a bit mixed up, Jerry. The prediction is yours. I only said the car was turning away from, not toward the agent. Also said it's possible the car did not entirely miss the agent but may have "brushed" him. So, please explain your own "visual spacial reasoning" that verifies the agent was struck by the vehicle.
