You are confused about timing.Well, duh! Google AI is dodging the question here.
It wasn't "delayed." The sentence was handed down, and that was "unconditional discharge."

Trump was sentenced to an ‘unconditional discharge’ in his hush money conviction. Here's what that means
During the sentencing, Justice Juan Merchan said he was keenly aware of the unique set of circumstances before him and the country.www.pbs.org
In short, Trump was convicted of 34 felonies and the judge imposed no actual sentence as the sentence. No jail or prison time, no fines or penalties. You can call it 'special treatment' since such a sentence is completely unprecedented, or, like me, you can call the case bullshit to get Trump, and it failed miserably.
Trump has been sentenced! Google AI is too stupid to grasp that or it's simply being mendacious. Trump was sentenced to "Unconditional discharge."
Bottom line: Google AI, as usual, is full of shit.
My earlier explanation addressed:
- Why there were no penalties at the time of the claim,
- Why sentencing had been delayed,
- And how New York splits one act into 34 record‑entry counts.
You are now referencing a later event (the January 2025 sentencing) and acting like it contradicts what I said earlier. It doesn’t.
You are mixing two different points in the timeline.
