Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. It's clear that large scale fraud with mail-in ballots is possible. From ballot harvesting to third party voter registration, to allowing mail-in ballots to be sent to public, rather than personal, addresses, and beyond, the whole of the system is set up to allow fraud without detection.
Or, far-Left denials about fraud or the potential for fraud and the security of mail-in ballots which is equally baseless.

So, there's widespread third parties paying the homeless to register to vote in totally illegal scams. Most, possibly all, are registered to PO box addresses, the address of the party registering them, etc.
The next part of this voter fraud is during an election, the party that registered them collects their ballots at those addresses, fills them out and returns them in mass. Since ballot harvesting is legal, that won't be checked. Then the state has such lax controls on ballot signature verification that the ballots are pretty much automatically counted.
The whole thing is out of sight, out of mind, of the state. Mass, virtually undetectable, voter fraud.

We don't know. It is likely that thousands, possibly tens of thousands, of ballots were illegally filled out--a good indicator is that only a few important races were actually voted on on a particular ballot--and turned in. There is no way to know because the system is set up not to know.
You have persons illegally registered to vote. Their ballot goes to an address that accumulates tens to hundreds of ballots. There is no reasonable level of verification on anything. Voter rolls are not scrutinized. Any official ballot, and these would be official ballots, is counted. The system itself is set up to perpetuate widespread fraud in elections.
All of that goes away if you only allow specific persons and organizations that are watched closely registering people to vote with good verification they are allowed to vote, voting is all done in-person with photo ID required and verified, and the ballots are maintained in a tight chain of custody.
That is NOT what the Left wants. It wants a system where it can cheat and not be caught. It wants to be able to control elections outside of the public at large. That way it can gain and maintain forever it's control and power over government.

Homeless people can still be citizens, right? It may be illegal to PAY them to register, but it's not illegal for them to vote or sign a prop if they're citizens.

This is not true. Everyone who registers has their registration/citizenship verified.
Again, this is ALL speculation. Illegal registrations and votes are found regularly but I'm supposed to believe that a GRAND conspiracy, involving hundreds of thousands/millions isn't?

No, it isn't. What mechanism is present to do that? For example, if someone in California who is in the US illegally gets a driver's license, they are automatically registered to vote too unless they choose to opt out. How is that stopped if the DMV agent doesn't give a shit. There is no 'gate keeper' in the system.
Yes, homeless can be citizens. It is ILLEGAL to pay them to register to vote. The problem is, how do you prove they are a resident of the state they're registering in? With a no ID required registration system that goes on just your word, the homeless have nothing to lose by lying. They want the money, and don't give a shit about voting.
No, it is likely happening and simply isn't being stopped because the government doesn't want it stopped. Look a California trying to pass the "Nick Shirley" act to make it illegal to go out and document any of this fraud going on. The Left wants and needs the fraud to stay in power and they know it.
The MAGAts have the WH, the Senate, the House and SCOTUS yet they whine incessantly about the Democrats being election thieves. Weird.

Non-citizens get a completely different type of drivers license in California. It's an AB 60.
People who get a driver's license provide a birth certificate that shows you're at least 16. A US birth certificate also proves you're a citizen. The people who get a standard drivers license in CA, or the newer Real ID, verify their citizenship as part of getting that ID. Those people are automatically registered to vote when they turn 16.
Non-citizens can't provide a US birth certificate, or prove US citizenship, because they aren't US citizens. Non-citizens still have to prove their age and that they are who they say they are, to get an AB 60 license, but they do it via a foreign passport, Mexican Consular Card, Mexican Federal Electoral Card, etc.
