Do you need more examples of poor students that got into law school, passed their bar exam, don’t understand basic law that even the dumb 18 year old kid had to school an actual lawyer on?
At least jarod knows his limitations. Ambulance chasing isn’t what real and competent lawyers do. That’s what binger should be doing with his life. Because he sure isn’t qualified to be a prosecutor.

Couldn't let this one pass since you've decided to use your Cracker Jack law degree to comment on Binger and the idea of the 'right to remain silent'. You decided to use a sledgehammer instead of a scalpel, and you killed the patient. Binger was referring to the fact that cop wannabee Rittenhouse had been giving interviews to national press, including having discussions about what happened that night. Once you do that, your pretrial silence is fair game. If you're willing to talk about what happened to the press, you've forfeited your right to plead the fifth on those elements. Just because the judge who was auditioning for an afternoon TV show had a meltdown on this topic it doesn't mean that the DA didn't understand what he was saying. It appears YOU however do not.

Overall though, I think I'll enjoy the end result of all of this. Rittenhouse thinks he's bullet proof now and he is emboldened to do crazy shit. Someone should advise him to STFU and go on with his life, but he's too caught up in the idea of 'being famous' to do that. When he finds out that he's on the wrong end of civil suits, it's going to be a rude awakening for this little punk liar.

He’s caught up in easy money. Can’t say I blame him.
As far as civil suits anybody can sue anybody. He could be on both ends. He could sue certain public individuals ;) and certain media outlets. Heck I suspect if he wanted to really wanted stir shit he could sue the estate of his deceased casualties and grosskreutz for putting him through all this.
As far as my (& your) layman’s law degree at least I side with the democrat judge.

LOL, I don't think judges run with political affiliation, at least not anywhere I've been, but okay. I think your 'shit stirring' comment is revealing. I think that's all he (and you) are trying to do at this point. It's all part of the idea to 'get the libs'. You don't strike me as a guy who thinks no platform and no legislative agenda is a good place for a party that seeks to govern. The GOP seems more intent on producing a reality show.

The JUDGE admitted that if what Binger was saying about those interviews was correct that would put a different light on his comments. I watched it. You can't plead the fifth and then give out a TV interview around the topic for which you made the plea.
