There are many places that ground subsidence is the cause of new flooding, not rising sea levels.

So, does erosion displace water in the climate science world, or should all sea rise be deemed a result of anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions? Thermal expansion: Should we also assume changes in temperature will have no effect on sea level? Just wondering what other parts of science we need to ignore.
