"Saying his initial enthusiasm had faded after learning about the award’s history, conservative radio personality Rush Limbaugh conceded Wednesday that receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom was less of an honor knowing it had been bestowed upon Rosa Parks and Maya Angelou, too."

Why doesn't he be really honest and just say it was a cheap photo-op trick so Trump the attention hound could do some grandstanding.
 
It was TV showmanship. That is Trump's business. I was waiting for Johnny Olson to say " C'mon Down'. That black girl he gave a scholarship to has one at an advanced Charter school. She does not need it That is why she looked so confused.
 
A sack of shit like Rush receiving The Medal of Freedom demeans the value and meaning of this award!!!

If they have the right to post right wing parody sites, like Breitbart, you should post moderate parody sites.

All kidding aside, it was unfortunate that Limbaugh had to miss medical treatment, but trump really needed a balance to his call outs to blacks. he needed to send the Alt Right a message he was still on their side. And that is a real story, Limbaugh actually gave up medical treatment because trump begged him to show up.
 
Rush has raised and donated millions and millions to Lymphoma and Leukemia and Tunnels to Towers. Obama gave the medal to DeNero and Ellen so don’t whine about Rush . The man deserves it.
