I imagine every election from here on out (for President) will be terrifying for the incumbent. If you're on a major party ticket, you have a coin flip's chance of winning the Presidency. Essentially, we vote against the other person more than we believe in whomever we end up voting for, in my view anyway.
Americans have a very long history of giving a President a 2nd term so I think Biden's chances are 1 in 3 or perhaps 2 in 5 (33-40% for those of you scoring at home).
I had very high hopes for Sen Harris. Partly because the delegate math is very favorable for her now that California is on Super Tuesday. Her reparations plank is a major turn-off. The impeachment stuff is silly and reflects someone not politically sophisticated enough to understand the ramifications of the act. I hope she can right the ship and get out in front of some things. She has a magnetism and a gusto that others in the field do not.
