So why did you need a link? Sasha Johnson wanted to make others less safe by defunding the police. We can demonstrably show that cities that defunded the police are having spikes in violent crimes. NYC for example. Minneapolis is another example. So Sasha was advocating for decreasing security for everyone else.

No I'd prefer that the people that are forced to live in neighborhoods with potentially violent criminals have policing that protects them. I'd prefer to see violent crimes decreasing. Poll after poll shows black people want more police not fewer police.

The popo just didn't handle things too good when I was young. But there were some men in the neighborhood that never let things get too far out of hand.

Any dumbasses the police let go that were hurting people got dealt with before long.

They're all dead now, so I can talk about it. They'd take 'em into the woods and torture them (they deserved it) then cut them up and feed them to sharks.

I was invited to come watch one night and passed. I knew it was happening though. No more rapists or crazy abusive boyfriends in the area.

Every community should have some boys like mine had. :D

PC Plods don't routinely carry weapons other than pepper spray or tasers. However in the big cities like London, Manchester, Birmingham etc. they have specialist teams. In London there is a full-time unit called SCO19 whose members do not perform any other duties like a SWAT team.
